• How long will it take to print my order?

Standard production time to print and ship an order is 48 hours for 4/0 and 4/1 products with UV coating and 72 hours for 4/0 , 4/1 and 4/4 products with satin aqueous coating. Your order must be submitted by noon CST in order to receive this turnaround schedule. Die cuts, perforation and mailing service will add to your turnaround time. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

• Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

We’re sorry but UPS does not currently deliver to PO boxes. Be sure to supply a physical address for shipping purposes.

• How long will it take to print and mail my order?

If you are using our mailing services along with our printing services, allow 48 hours to print 4/0 and 4/1 products with UV coating and 72 hours to print 4/0, 4/1 and 4/4 products with satin aqueous coating. Mailing service will add an additional 24 hours to your turnaround time. Turn around time only includes business days. At 1to1 Postcards, business days are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

• How will my order be shipped?

1to1Postcards uses UPS services to ship your order. You select the speed when placing your order.

• Will I receive a proof prior to printing?

At 1to1Postcards all proofs are viewed online. What you see in the preview screen when you place your order is representational of your printed order.

• Does 1to1Postcards produce products other than those listed?

Yes. If you need a printed product not listed on the site, just click the ‘contact us’ button and e-mail us a request. We will be glad to get you more information on the product you need.

• When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of ordering. For your convenience, 1to1Postcards accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

• Why do I need to create an account on the 1to1Postcards site?

We want to make doing business with 1to1Postcards as easy for you as possible. By creating an account you will be able to quickly access your previous order history, create your own personal image library, check order status and even create products for future ordering.

• What is the difference between 1st Class and Standard mailing rates?

First Class mailing typically takes 3-5 business days for processing and delivery by the USPS. 1to1Postcards recommends sending time sensitive material via First Class mailing.

Standard (standard) mailing is also available. While this is the more cost effective postage option, it may take 7-10 days for processing and delivery by the USPS.
