Objectionable Material Statement

POLICY: 1to1postcards.com, at it’s sole discretion, reserves the right to reject material submitted for printing.

POSITION STATEMENT:

Considered objectionable are:

• Photographs showing bare breasts or genitals.
• Photographs showing nudity, full or partial, which are explicitly pornographic or obscene.
• Anti-religious material, including material with satanic or sorcery connotations.
• Material that exploits or discriminates based on gender, race, creed, color or disability.

Not considered objectionable are:

• Artistic endeavors that are not intended to be obscene or denigrating, including:
• Photographs
• Paintings
• Illustrations
• Images of human beings, such as statues
• Journalistic photography and/or literature created for documentary purposes.
• Models in bikinis, swim trunks, underwear, etc., for advertising of these items of clothing.

WHEN MATERIALS ARE REVIEWED:

Any materials in question will be reviewed by the 1to1Postcards Production Team. Should your order be selected for review, you will be notified immediately as your order will be placed on hold during the review. If your order is rejected because of content, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
